Blue Premier 12mbps Plan Cancelled

As we have been working through massive plan changes on the part of our Blue Plan carrier, we have been blind sided by yet another change. We were previously informed that the 400GB data capped plan with them would be retired and grandfathered on June 30th (today) and the 12mbps throttled plan would remain. Unfortunately we received word just minutes ago that the 12mbps plan is not only being retired, but they will not grandfather it either. So service lines on that plan type will be eliminated on their next renewal date.

This comes as a shock to us, and at this time the only viable path forward is to move everyone in a 12mbps plan into a 400GB plan, if nothing else than to help you along until you can make a decision to stick with that plan, change carriers to T-Mobile, or find an alternative provider. The carrier is shrinking the land beneath us, so if the 400GB plan is not an option for you then we strongly recommend you look for an alternative provider that can provide the service you need.

We apologize for this news. It is certainly nothing we saw coming, and it is a huge blow to us as well as to you.

We will continue to offer the 400GB plan on a grandfathered basis as long as the carrier allows it, and we will continue to offer Pink Plans. Unfortunately we understand that the Pink carrier will not work for everyone due to differences in coverage area, so we understand if you need to cancel services.

WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR LINE AT A 400GB PLAN AS OF TODAY. IF THIS IS NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH ON A PERMANENT BASIS PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@OLIVEIP.COM OR CANCEL VIA THE CUSTOMER PORTAL.

Once again, we apologize for the horrible position this puts you in. We hope to have a more stable solution in the near future, but unfortunately the Blue Plan carrier is doing their very best to eliminate this essential service for their wholesale customers such as Olive IP, and thereby you.
